Criteria used to diagnose acute MI in patients with prior LBBB.
To assess if any of the criteria are present to diagnose acute MI in patients with prior LBBB.
Use to assess if any of the criteria are present to diagnose acute MI in patients with prior LBBB. The following criteria are assessed: - ST-segment elevation >=1mm and concordant with QRS complex - ST-segment depression <=1mm in lead V1, V2 or V3 - ST elevation at the J-point, relative to QRS onset, is at least 1 mm and has an amplitude at least 25% of the preceding S-wave Modified Sgarbossa's criteria are met if any criteria are positive.
Not to be used in patients without prior LBBB.
