To assess whether the combination of recorded major and minor criteria meets the threshold for diagnosing Polycythemia Vera according to the WHO guidelines.

To be used in patients with suspected PV to determine whether the overall WHO criteria for PV diagnosis are met or not met. Requires meeting EITHER: All three Major Criteria OR Two Major Criteria AND the Minor Criterion. The guideline outputs a determination of
