To provide clear diagnostic criteria and differential diagnosis guidance for Rumination Syndrome, avoiding misdiagnosis with conditions such as GERD, gastroparesis, and eating disorders.

Use in patients with symptoms present for ≥3 months, onset at least 6 months before diagnosis and no evidence of structural abnormalities.

Do not use in patients with Rule out GERD, gastroparesis, cyclic vomiting, and eating disorders.
