Neck Disability Index (NDI) is an assessment that measures cervical pain and disability associated with the activities of daily living.

Used to evaluate the degree of pain and disability in acute and chronic neck conditions, either from a musculoskeletal or neural source, and either stemming from a traumatic or non-traumatic injury.
