Milan Criteria for liver transplantation is met if: Single tumor with diameter ≤5 cm OR up to 3 tumors, each with diameter ≤3 cm, AND No major vessel or extra-hepatic involvement. Otherwise the Milan Criteria for liver transplantation is not met
