Calculates the MIPSS70 score and provides corresponding risk stratification based on recorded clinical, laboratory, and genetic parameters for patients with primary myelofibrosis.
To calculate the total points for the MIPSS70 score and to interpret the resulting score into prognostic risk categories.
To be used in patients with primary myelofibrosis. Calculates the MIPSS70 score by summing points and maps the calculated total score to risk categories as defined in the original publications: MIPSS70 (Very Low: 0, Low: 1-2, Int: 3-4, High: ≥5)
Do not use to generate risk stratification for other scoring systems (e.g., DIPSS, IPSS). Not applicable for interpretation if required input data is missing.
