Need help making your purchases (get to the store, pick goods, pay, carry home)

Decreased endurance (ends of a short walk on about 15-20 minutes)

Frail elderly support research group (FRESH) is a screening tool for fragility that indicates if there is a need for further actions.

To assess if there is a need for further measures such as provide better mattresses, supervision over food, and help with toilet during the stay at Emergency care.

The assessment is based on four parameters: decreased endurance, general fatigue/decreased strength in the last three months, often falls/thinks you will fall, need help making their purchases. If the answer is Yes to 2 or more of these question it indicates need of further care.
